Over the past thirteen years, we have applied a consultative transformation framework that has delivered results for our clients.
Our framework involves the following steps:

We start the process by engaging key stakeholders on a two-way dialogue. This allows us to understand your desired outcomes and the business and the environment you operate within. Through these sessions, you will also learn more about our transformation framework and glean from our learning base of actual case studies.
Through discussions, diagnostic tools, surveys and a holistic review of your organisational structure, performance management, staff engagement feedback and existing culture artefacts, we understand the parameters we need to work with, the style of communication that works best for you and get to the root of any presenting issues. This helps us formulate a strategy that’s then fed into our design process.

Following this, we will design suitable materials for each transformation intervention tapping into our intellectual property on culture, leadership, emotional and spiritual intelligence and guided by accelerated learning principles. Where appropriate, self and 360 assessments and psychometric tools will be administered to facilitate awareness and inform the design of each intervention. Each intervention will be designed to work within your constraints of time and effort.

Each individual will take on the journey at a different pace. Change involves taking each through a process of Awareness -> Interest -> Desire -> Action -> Habit. We will empower your internal change leaders and agents with the skills to design and facilitate ongoing interventions that combine repetition, reinforcement and the widening and deepening of appropriate emotional competencies.
