  • Organisational culture and engagement
  • Emotional intelligence and self-mastery
  • Personal wellbeing and resilience
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Leading change and transformation
  • Elevating personal and business performance to the next level.

Benefits of Coaching

Participants can expect to:

  • Build greater confidence and clarity in decision-making
  • Accelerate results by applying a proven coaching framework with structured accountability
  • Translate insights into consistent action and sustainable habits
  • Experience meaningful personal and leadership transformation
  • Become a more effective leader of self and others.

What the Coaching Covers

The coaching programme typically consists of 6 to 12 one-to-one sessions conducted over 3 to 6 months.

Each coaching journey begins with an initial analysis and assessment phase, after which a personalised coaching programme is co-created with the coachee. Session topics are pre-planned, while allowing flexibility for the coachee to address emerging priorities or challenges.

Each session typically includes:

  • Review of recent wins and challenges
  • Deep reflection and insight-building conversations
  • Goal setting and commitment to specific actions before the next session.

Delivery Strategy

At EQ Strategist, our coaching approach is grounded in the following principles:

  • We believe the coachee already has the answers. Our role is to deepen self- and social awareness through powerful questioning that enhances insight, consciousness, and choice
  • Coaching conversations focus on helping the coachee understand:
    • Strengths and non-strengths
    • Habitual leadership and communication styles
    • The emotional and behavioural impact they have on others
    • How these patterns influence outcomes and results
  • Where guidance is helpful, coaches offer new perspectives and possibilities, presented as options rather than directives, to expand the coachee’s thinking and resourcefulness.

Our Coaching Methodology

The EQ Strategist executive coaching approach typically includes:

  • Confidential interviews with a minimum of six key stakeholders (e.g. peers, direct reports, external stakeholders) to gather feedback on strengths and development areas
  • An Emotional Capital Report (ECR) 360 Assessment
  • Development of a customised coaching programme in collaboration with the coachee
  • A 12-session coaching engagement (typically two sessions per month) over an initial six-month period, with the option to extend
  • Job shadowing for two full days (once within the first month, and again between months 3–9 if required)
  • Regular progress updates with the coachee and coaching sponsor
  • Unlimited email support throughout the coaching engagement.
