Andrew Davey is an inspirational speaker, trainer and coach whose passion in human empowerment through self-leadership has allowed him to touch the lives of thousands of individuals of all ages through eleven different countries.
After achieving a level of success in his personal life, through business and many other facets, Andrew began his journey of inspiring others to see the greatness within themselves.
As a facilitator for many events he now speaks in over eleven different countries at such events as Magic Moments Youth Leadership and Business Summit in Australia’s annual event and is the co-creator of Wealth Academy Teens alongside Adam Khoo to a variety of corporate and educational training opportunities.

Caroline Crosbie

Caroline Crosbie firmly believes that success is our legacy and that it’s ours for the making and taking if we dare to step into the arena of change. Her purpose is to demonstrate the validity of this belief by what she achieves for her clients. Her objective is to engage them in success. Why? Because it’s our birthright…and because she cares.
With a background in clinical psychology, Caroline has significant experience in the areas of training, coaching, consulting and therapy-based work.
Specialising in individual and team performance, she draws on her psychology-based background and training to help clients eliminate the barriers and inhibitors to success, utilizing tools to promote greater self-awareness, enhanced communication and improved interpersonal and team dynamics.
Caroline also helps clients deal with work-related stress and anxiety issues, through delivery of mental health and fitness for work programmes.
In addition to her Master of Clinical Psychology degree and Diploma of Professional Counselling, she is also an Extended DISC Master Trainer, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner and she holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Sue Siow

Co-founder and director of EQ Strategist, Sue Siow has a deep passion for bringing out the best in people by helping them to connect with their authentic self.
She is also a firm believer of work-life integration, that when work and life co-exist harmoniously, magic happens. As a very busy executive and mother, she is relentless in finding ways to streamline processes to improve efficiency, and inspires professionals and executives to bring their hearts and souls back to the organisation.
Over the past decade, Sue has contributed in numerous occasions as a facilitator and co-facilitator at training events on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Communication Skills, Organisational Transformation and Stakeholder Engagement.
Her work has impacted many different countries spanning across Australia and Asia Pacific, including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Thailand. Dr Brendan Gomez

Brendan Gomez is a psychologist, trainer, and coach. He is passionate in working alongside people and organizations that struggle with everyday life, relationship and emotional issues. This includes working adults and youth in areas of communication and conflict management, teamwork and collaboration, stress and burn-out management, and dealing with anxiety and depression in the workplace and family.
Brendan is a US Fulbrighter with a PhD in Applied Developmental Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology. His strength in facilitating success in life and work comes from his 25-years of multicultural and global work experience that includes the United States, Malaysia and New Zealand.
Brendan has provided learning, consulting, and collaborative solutions to individuals, small and large groups, universities, government ministries, The United Nations, corporate organizations, NGOs, churches, youth groups, teachers, schools and even zoo keepers. He uses applied psychology tools that include CBT, Risk and Resilience Mapping, and a Positive People Development framework in facilitating learning and change.
Brendan has spoken in local and international conferences, published in academic journals and has been featured in the printed press, TV and radio. His professional membership over the years includes The American Psychological Association, The Australian Psychological Society, The Malaysian Psychological Association, The American Society of Counseling Psychology, and The American Society of Consulting Psychology.
